6. Shipping & Risk

Risk of damage or loss passes to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the transporter.
Any transit damage claims must be raised directly with the logistics provider.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
As all products are custom-made and B2B, returns and refunds are not accepted.
Cancellations after order confirmation are not permitted.
In rare cases of manufacturing defects, concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting images.
