  • As our furniture is largely handcrafted and customized, slight variations in color, finish, texture, grain, or design may occur.

  • Product dimensions, materials, and finishes may vary marginally due to the nature of handcrafted manufacturing.

3. Customization & Bulk Orders

  • Mani Art is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

6. Shipping & Risk

  • Shipping is arranged via third-party transporters unless otherwise agreed.

  • Risk of damage or loss passes to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the transporter.

  • Any transit damage claims must be raised directly with the logistics provider.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • As all products are custom-made and B2B, returns and refunds are not accepted.

  • Cancellations after order confirmation are not permitted.

  • In rare cases of manufacturing defects, concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting images.
